I was so inspired by the wonderful Aila’s wedding! I have never in my life been a part of, and experienced something so perfect, magical and intentional. When we got back to LA, Aila texted me, “Hey lovely, strange question……are you ordained? Can you do weddings?
Oh my goodness! This struck a cord in me that resonated so clearly. I WANT TO MARRY PEOPLE!
Fast forward to yesterday, when I get a text from my favorite gay couple in NYC announcing their engagement. He also writes, “We were actually thinking of having you marry us. 
what do you think?”
I think you read my mind and prayers, that’s what I think!
So yes, I did it. I have become an Ordained Minister! I have the legal power to:
- Perform marriages, funerals, baptisms, ceremonial rites, and last rites.
- Start my own church, be it brick & mortar or online.
- Absolve others of their sins.
- Use the title Reverend, Minister, Healer, Educator, and more
Wow! That’s intense. But I cannot think of a better way to be of loving service to those inspired to join in sacred union with one another! I am excited!
