My Mother-In-Law’s text response to this picture of our new Front Door?  “You moved to Sesame Street?”

My husband says our neighborhood reminds him of the Cosby Show.

I am a HUGE fan of both television programs, so needless to say I am happy here!

So maybe moving doesn’t seem UBER outrageous to you?? But how about Moving with EASE and GRACE???

When I told folks we were moving to Park Slope, Brooklyn, we consistently heard, “Oh! Moving is SO hard.” Or “Good Luck with that. Moving is SO stressful.”

In my head, and sometimes out loud, I would say, “Deflect. That is not my story and I forgive myself for ever buying into any of it.”

Then I wrote a New Story about Moving: “The Truth is Moving is filled with ease, grace, and light.  The Truth is that Moving will be fun and a New Beginning.  The Truth is I LOVE Moving!!”

And this new Story has come TRUE! Of course…because The Universe or Spirit meets us in the place of Intention and Action if is for the highest good of all concerned (Learned that at my Spiritual Psychology Program!)

Truly!  I mean, LOOK what greeted us when we walked in the door.

From my AMAZING Mama!! So sweet and SO gorgeous!

A beautiful start!

Look at our New Street!!  My Dream Come True!

Then thanks to Cousin Jen and inspired by Nick Oddo, we had Sage for our Energy Clearing Ceremony!

Then a little walk around the Neighborhood sealed the deal of this Aligned and Fabulous Move:

Starbucks has a Back Yard! Perfect for my Daily Morning Pages!!

And ONE Block away? A Juice Bar/Health Food Store called Back to the Land AND a stunning Community Garden!

And check out my Vegan Veggie Sandwich on Gluten Free Bread from Zito’s Sandwich Shop!

Finally, as if to offer us a Homecoming, Mother Nature gave us THIS beautiful Brooklyn Sunset on our FIRST Night!

And so our OUTRAGEOUS New Story about moving has proved to be VERY aligned and self-honoring for us and ALSO our cats…who seem VERY at Home already…
